The initial proposal for a rear extension (North elevation) was reimagined to create a superior solution—enhancing the house entrance, improving the internal layout, and maximising daylight penetration.

We introduced a distinctive entrance and relocated the garage from the house to a newly designed outbuilding with an annexe above.

Designed and approved in one of West Oxfordshire’s most challenging conservation areas.
